Brochure

Each year, UVL produxces a brochure featuring all the member venues. This award winning brochure offers a simple easy-to-use method of choosing a location for any event. Including a capacity reference key called What’s the occasion; an individual page focusing on each venue, each section is inter-linked allowing easy reference and offers the even planner direct access to their chosen venue at all times. The brochure also lists caterers and event suppliers (floral design, production, music and entertainment companies) that are most listed at the member venues, offering the organiser a wide range of choice and expertise.

Website

Continually updated, the website guides event planners through each member venue giving them the opportunity to select venues by occasion or by location to develop their unique portfolio. Due to success of the previous website and the demand for event planners to use this tool, in 2008 UVL launched the advanced search facility allowing the event planner to search in excess of 200 event venues in addition to facilitating discussion forums between member venues which are found of great value to assist the daily running of their businesses.

UVL Annual Expo Event

The UVL annual Expo takes place at one of the member venues each year. Each location gives clients the ability to meet over 60 other venues under one roof whilst enjoying a selection of hospitality, entertainment and production all hosted by a variety of supporting event suppliers. The ideal opportunity to experience London’s finest venues in one day. Previous hosts have included the Royal Opera House, The Science Museum and the Brititsh Museum.
