Glorious pinks at the Wallace Collection

A balmy September evening saw the Covered Courtyard at the Wallace Collection turn a glorious shade of pink!  The event was to reward a client's employees for long service.  Simply Flowers created contemporary table centres of pink gloriosa and cerise roses on perspex platters, placed on a square mirror podium and surrounded by tealights.  Larger displays comprised sumptuous urns of pink hydrangea, roses, gloriosa and gladioli, beautifully uplit in cerise pink.

Cerise pink has become a hugely popular colour for events because it stands out even if there is low lighting and it has an upbeat, party feel to it.  We've even used it liberally for all male events with great success - the old prejudices seem to have completely disappeared and we have fun working with it to create stunning displays for clients.
