Maelarosso Incentive event at the National Maritime Museum
On Monday 23 November Payne and Gunter looked after a large dinner for a pharmaceutical firm at the National Maritime Museum, Neptune Court. We worked alongside Maelarosso Incentive, who managed the evening from an incentive and congress perspective on behalf of the firm.Guests were welcomed into the lower deck with a sparkling wine reception and then gathered in Neptune Court to be seated for an hour's symposium prior to dinner service.
The menu had to be carefully selected as with an International audience of over 370 guests we had a variety of taste palettes to satisfy. The chosen menu included a tartlet of leek, broccoli and cheese with green salad and a balsamic dressing; followed by a tagine of braised lamb with autumn vegetables on cous cous fragrant with apricots and coriander with a mint pesto drizzle and for dessert a plum and almond tart with mulled fruit compote.
The National Maritime Museum creates the perfect environment for spectacular events of this nature and allowed for a great set to also be installed the night prior to the event which all added to the amazing impact of the symposium on the night.
After the event Maelarosso Incentive commented; "Everything was great, we had quite a strict timing schedule to stick to and it all ran perfectly so thanks to all involved".
