Rare Cask and Mustard Canapes!

… in the Wren Suite at St Pauls Cathedral.

In February, Mustard Catering provided the ultimate in chic canapés for the exclusive tasting of the first ever Louis XIII Rare Cask Cognac at St Pauls’Cathedral.

The Wren Suite provided the perfect location for 30 of London’s top wine experts to come and sip the Rare Cask and taste the delicious and innovative ‘black canapés’ prepared by Mustard. The canapés were specially created to perfectly compliment the cognacs unique flavours. Guests were treated to a black pepper macaroon with foie gras torchon and vanilla caramel as well as a hot croque monsieur with bresola and truffle butter.
