Simply Flowers

Curves and mirrors were to the fore when Simply Flowers decorated a drinks reception at the Royal Academy this month.  London's most-talked about exhibition by Anish Kapoor was the reason, the main focus of corporate events this autumn. Known for his super-sized organic sculptures and deep reflective surfaces, we wanted to tie in with the artist's signature look.

Huge shiny black glass vases topped with giant spheres of white hydrangea flanked the stairs in a dramatic fashion, while black and mirrored containers echoed the design elsewhere.  Large silver lanterns lined the steps outside - a great cost-effective look to greet guests and bid them farewell.
