Accommodating up to 80 for a seated dinner dance or 180 for a standing bowl food reception, The Seamen's Hall combines the exuberance of Corinthian columns with the restraint of a black and white marble floor. With the magical atmosphere of the Somerset House ice rink providing a spectacular backdrop outside, The Seamen's Hall provides the perfect venue for your Christmas entertaining.
On arrival, guests are invited for pre dinner drinks in the newly refurbished Terrace Rooms which include an exclusive private view of Richard Bryant's architectural photography exhibition. Taking in the historic monuments of Greenwich and the new city rising in Docklands, Richard Bryant's spectacular photographs capture many aspects of London from the London Eye and Houses of Parliament to charming Spitalfields and streetscapes unchanged for centuries.
Food is served in the Seamen's Hall, after which guests can spill out on to the stunning River Terrace to take in the breathtaking views of The Thames or dance the evening away in The Seamen's Hall.
Facility fee - £6,000 + VAT from 18.30 - 23.00.
Additional hours after 11pm are charged at £1,000 + VAT per hour up to 1am.
