National Theatre

Add some drama to your events

Situated on London's South Bank, the National Theatre stages over 20 new productions each year in its three auditoriums.

Whatever your event brief. A press launch, a business meeting for ten or a lavish post-show reception for 1,000. The National Theatre can stage manage it for you.

Our events management team uses the culinary talents of in-house chefs, draw on the skills of the Theatre's expert production staff, and liaises with other in-house and external specialists to ensure every event is a success.

You can combine seeing a show in one of the three theatres with hospitality or work with our education partners to design a bespoke creative workshop to enhance your staff away day or even arrange a private reception with the actors. We're happy to arrange the whole evening's entertainment for you - tickets, programmes, catering, taxis home, and hotel accommodation.

From April 2008, The Deck, a newly developed event space situated on the roof, will be available until September for seated banquets for up to 80 guests, and standing receptions or theatre style conferences for up to 100. Complete with excellent audio-visual facilities and high specification lighting The Deck is an enchanting space in the evening and can be great fun in the day - why not take advantage of summery weather with a gourmet outdoor barbecue?

As a charity, all monies raised through functions go towards enabling the National Theatre to continue its outstanding work.
