At the heart of Covent Garden, the Royal Opera House has nearly 350 years of history and is the home of The Royal Opera and The Royal Ballet. The event spaces are surprisingly diverse, offering both traditional grandeur and cool, contemporary elegance.

The Floral Hall’s dramatic scale lends itself perfectly to large events. Flooded by light by day and atmospherically lit after dark its architectural brilliance is a perfect backdrop to glamorous events.

The Crush Room has been restored to its original 1858 gilded splendour and its high ceiling and magnificent décor make it a delightful alternative for up to 200 guests The Linbury is a flexible modern theatre space with retractable seating for 400 people ideal for confernces with high production and AV requirements.

And for a quirky and original event experience, the ballet rehearsal studios can be transformed into reception and dinner venues. With access to a private terrace, your guests can enjoy views over Covent Garden and the London rooftops.

As part of your event we can also offer your guests a private backstage tour and a chance to glimpse behind the scenes of one of the busiest international opera houses in the world.

Summer at the Royal Opera House

The Paul Hamlyn Hall is one of the capitals most iconic venues. The once Covent Garden Flower Market made famous in the opening scene of 'My Fair Lady' plays host to some of London's most glamorous events and is only available for evening hire about 12 times per year.
