Salary: £30 - £38k depending on experience
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef at London Zoo, driven by a passion for fresh food and food innovation and able to produce food to high standards. This venue includes 12 different event spaces both inside and outside and ranges from breakfast service to evening dinner parties. As one of the most unique event spaces in the UK - London Zoo offers the opportunity for diversity and creativity
It is essential potential candidates have a good understanding of the financial side of business and great communications skills
As well as the above, your role will include
•Managing two very busy and high quality kitchen operations in an efficient and effective manner •Menu planning •Working to and within budget •Training and developing your team to the highest level •Health and Safety •Ordering, costing etc

 You the person
•Will have similar experience in a large modern unit as an Head Chef •You will be passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients •Will be commercially aware and in innovative, finding new ideas to bring into the unit •You will be passionate about people development & will be keen to develop your kitchen to the highest skill level •You will be approachable and have excellent man management skills If you feel you have all the above qualities and would like to join an award winning Company whose passion for fresh food, excellent customer services and people development is second to none, then we would like to hear from you.
