Lord's - Hospitality Co-ordinator

 6 months April – September Full Time

 Main Purpose of the Job: Responsibility, as part of the hospitality team, to provide administrative support for the Hospitality business within Lord’s Cricket Ground. Co-ordinating matchday hospitality requests and communicating these to relevant parties within the ground. Helping to develop the hospitality product service and delivery, improving quality standards and attaining budgets.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities:
    To have an in-depth knowledge of MCC’s hospitality offerings.

    To answer enquiries and distribute information regarding hospitality sales and products.

    Co-ordinating hospitality bookings & maximising all up-selling potentials.

    To provide administrative support to hospitality team – including invoicing, ticket distribution, menu co-ordination, in-house communication and post match follow up and collection of feedback.

     Liaise with relevant in-house departments and third party suppliers regarding hospitality arrangements

    To carry out any other reasonable request as directed by your manager.

     Weekend rota applicable throughout season


Specific to Individual

     Responsibility for co-ordinating information pertaining to all box bookings and timely communication of the same to relevant parties throughout the ground.

    Responsibility for hospitality signage throughout the ground

     To monitor and report any maintenance issues and follow up actions required with relevant in house departments
