Lord's - Senior Hospitality Sales Executive
Main Purpose of the Job: Responsibility, as part of the hospitality team, for hospitality sales and administration of the Lord’s hospitality business. In particular match day packages and box hire. Helping to develop the hospitality product service and delivery, improving quality standards and attaining sales targets.
Main Tasks and Accountabilities:
Proactive Hospitality Sales with particular daily corporate hospitality packages and private box sales
Responsibility for timely administration of hospitality sales
To ensure that all payments, both deposits and final balances are up to date and timely.
Management of third party supplier accounts and ensuring rights delivery of these
Website and flyer co-ordination – ensuring all printed matter pertaining to hospitality package sales, is timetabled, produced and that all websites have the most up to date information
Knowledge and understanding of the hospitality budget and sales planning, regular financial reporting and preparation of figures
To carry out any other reasonable request as directed by your manager.
