Join us for our Spring Wedding Showcase at the grade 2 listed Victorian, Horniman Conservatory.  A perfect place for couples dreaming of a wedding that feels elegant, relaxed and intimate, in a light-filled botanical setting.

Designed as an immersive experience rather than a traditional drop-in wedding fair, each guest session begins with cocktails & canapés, followed by a hosted welcome and live vendor Q&A before you meet our recommended partners, and then leave to explore the gardens.

🎟️ Free to attend this ticketed event.  Places are limited so booking in advance is essential and we may be unable to accommodate walk-ins on the day.

The Format

To keep the afternoon intimate and relaxed, we are hosting two structured sessions:

Session One 12.00pm – 2.00pm

Session Two 2.00pm – 4.00pm

Booking Your Session

Guests will be allocated to one of the two sessions. All registered couples will be contacted when they book and invited to select their preferred time slot. Places will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each session includes:

• A welcome from Suzanne James, the Museums most established, experienced and trusted catering partner
• Canapés and drinks
• Time to speak with suppliers one-to-one
• A live wedding vendor Q&A panel, with industry experts
• A guided gardens tour
