Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for growing Fisher business with corporate and private clients and accredited Venues through effective Account Management and delivery of high specification events at Fisher Venues and other locations.
Main Duties:
Account Management
• Build and maintain long term and strong personal relationships with designated Venues and Clients
• Work with Commercial Director to develop and implement individual account strategies for each client and Venue
• Understand client brands to build robust relationships and add commercial value to secure their future business
Build New Business
• Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with potential new clients
• Grow business with existing clients through effect Account Management
• Develop and present professional and effective pitches to secure jobs
• Present pitches directly to clients securing sales and winning jobs
• Keep abreast of competitor activity and maintain competitive edge in the service offering
Enhance Job Profitability
• Follow and uphold the existing budgeting and quoting processes.
• Complete time sheeting as required to allow reconciliation against each job
Job Holder Requirements:
Experience
• Event management experience essential
• Experience developing and presenting pitches desired
• Account management experience preferred
• Experience producing jobs in London’s accredited venues preferred

• Outstanding client handling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced influencing skills to win pitches
• Excellent commercial acumen, recognising opportunities to grow Fisher business
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, team player
• Proactive relationship builder, comfortable liaising at all levels
• Computer literate with the ability to learn and assimilate new software
• Displays a calm and professional image whilst working under pressure
• Hands on approach, willing to exert additional effort to ensure every event is delivered to Fisher’s high standards
Additional requirements
• The job holder must pass the stringent security vetting procedures required for accredited venues
• The job holder will be expected to work flexibly according to their event schedule, recognising that significant evening and weekend coverage will be required.
