An exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service expert to join the National Gallery, as we celebrate our bicentenary with a year of high-profile exhibitions and openings.
In this role, you will ensure that the Gallery delivers the highest level of guest experience and customer service, and will act as the first point of contact for escalated enquiries. You will manage the day-to-day operations of a team of Commercial Services Assistants who resolve all guest enquiries. You will support the work of Commercial Services with internal stakeholders, and will be able to troubleshoot front and back of house Ticketing, Membership and Ecommerce queries.
