London Wildlife Trust is the only charity dedicated solely to protecting the capital's wildlife and wild spaces. We have a small but mighty events team of 2 (3 when you join!) who are supported by our brilliant casual events support staff. Their mission is to raise funds to support our vital work, while engaging Londoners with our exciting and diverse events.
As our Event Operations Manger, you’ll work alongside our Senior Events Planner who looks after enquiries and sales. You’ll be leading on operational event management, covering supplier management, overseeing our diary management system (IVvy) and coordination of event logistics. Experience of operational event management
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong problem solving skills, adaptability and able to use initiative

What’s in it for you?
Salary: £30,961
Tenure: Permanent, full time contract
Hours: 37.5 hours including breaks. Working 5 days a week over 7 days.
This role will regularly involve weekend and evening working.
