Events Assistant - London Wildlife Trust

We’re looking for an Events Assistant to help achieve our vision of London alive with nature, where everyone can experience and enjoy wildlife. Our Events team is small but mighty – made up of our Head of Events who you’ll report into, and our Events Planner who you’ll work closely with, you’ll play a key role in developing London Wildlife Trust’s events.

Role & Responsibilities

You’ll be the main point of contact for the team both internally and externally, providing sales and operational support. You can expect to:

  • Manage enquiries both via email, telephone and in person
  • Conduct site visits with potential clients and provide follow up information
  • Build a warm and friendly rapport with clients, guiding them throughout their journey with us
  • Liaise with suppliers, conduct logistics meetings and prepare event schedules
  • Plan and deliver events
  • Monitor and upload social media content

Job requirements

  • Our ideal Events Assistant
  • Experience of onsite event delivery in the wedding or corporate sector
  • Proven administration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong customer service experience
