We’re looking for an Events Assistant to help achieve our vision of London alive with nature, where everyone can experience and enjoy wildlife. Our Events team is small but mighty – made up of our Head of Events who you’ll report into, and our Events Planner who you’ll work closely with, you’ll play a key role in developing London Wildlife Trust’s events.
Role & Responsibilities
You’ll be the main point of contact for the team both internally and externally, providing sales and operational support. You can expect to:
- Manage enquiries both via email, telephone and in person
- Conduct site visits with potential clients and provide follow up information
- Build a warm and friendly rapport with clients, guiding them throughout their journey with us
- Liaise with suppliers, conduct logistics meetings and prepare event schedules
- Plan and deliver events
- Monitor and upload social media content

Job requirements
- Our ideal Events Assistant
- Experience of onsite event delivery in the wedding or corporate sector
- Proven administration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong customer service experience
