You must be a self-starter and a quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running. Possessing the ability to work on your own initiative, you must be flexible and adaptable with an outgoing and pleasant personality. Someone who can work well in a team environment, you’ll also have excellent IT, communication, and interpersonal skills.
You will also have proven experience of selling a venue and running events on an operational level. In-depth knowledge of the industry is essential and an interest for British history is favourable.
