The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is world renowned as a place of tranquil beauty, picturesque gardens and historic buildings with an emphasis on science, education and conservation. Kew Enterprises Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kew Gardens whose key objective is to maximise revenue through its commercial activities.
We currently have an opening within our Venue Hire Team for an Events Sales Co-ordinator to support the sales of private and corporate events at Kew Gardens. The events range from weddings to corporate dinners, conferences to birthday parties. The role will involve responding to initial enquiries and conducting show-rounds of venues whilst delivering an excellent standard of customer service throughout the sales process, as well as consistently meeting deadlines and sales targets.
Previous experience of event sales within a heritage or visitor attraction venue is essential for this role, as well as having exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience is a must.

You will be required to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis.
Salary - £23,315 - £28,583 per annum, depending on skills and experience
Hours of work - Full time
