Front of House & Hospitality Coordinator - the British Academy (10-11 Carlton House Terrace)

1 Year Fixed Term Contract (Future option as permanent position)

Salary: £23,750 per annum, plus excellent benefits

We are looking to appoint a Front of House & Hospitality Coordinator to join the Business Development and Hospitality team. The overall purpose of the role is to provide a professional reception service, dealing courteously and helpfully with all visitors, receiving, and redirecting telephone calls and helping to ensure an appropriate level of security for the ‘front of house’. Reporting to the Front of House and Sales Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the rest of the hospitality and facilities team to administer a full range of hospitality events for both internal and external clients as well as managing the workflow for the reception team and dealing with large internal bookings.

The successful candidate will be a first-class communicator, with good interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively and politely with a wide range of people.
