Gibson Hall - Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced sales professional capable of building on our current success at the venue by developing new business opportunities for the venue and managing the sales department

This is a great opportunity to become a key member of this exciting and growing company. The role will involve going out and finding new contacts that have not historically used the venue and engaging with them to use the venue for their events. Key to the success of this role will be the abillty to hit targetted weekly numbers of calls and prospective appointments. Alongside this will be the ability to manage the reactive sales process and team to ensure they are maximising every enquiry coming and hit set conversion level targets.

  • Proven track record in sales within events or catering
  • Proven experience and success in bringing new business into a venue
  • Proven experience of managing a team
