Events Floor Manager – £30,000 gross per annum

In this full-time role (40 hrs pw), reporting to the Events Manager, your role would be to assist in the delivery of high standard and cost-effective events and food service for the Inn’s own members events. To work closely with our event suppliers in the delivery of successful private events and weddings. To ensure that all event spaces within Middle Temple are looked after during the set-up, event delivery and breakdown. To manage all kitchen and service staff in the delivery of events and control all beverages consumed.
We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in:
* Operational planning of events
* Briefing waiting staff of their duties including health & safety
* Preparation of accurate consumption figures of events
* Assisting in departmental targets and expenditure controls
