We are looking for a Marketing & Admin Coordinator to join a dynamic new online events & hospitality platform following its recent launch.
The role will be to support the contributing venues and suppliers to the platform, assisting with their onboarding, liaising with the website agency, communicating any changes the platform needs during the launch/test period.
You will also play a key part assisting with all marketing streams; liaising with the Digital Marketing Agency, producing marketing collateral, design, social media, copy writing as well as data entry and general day to day administration tasks. There will also be involvement with clients and planning our exciting live launch event!
The role is versatile which adapts to the business needs. As a startup, there is a requirement to multitask!

The Candidate
You will be a confident and organized marketing graduate or similar from the events industry with all round marketing and admin skills. You will be dynamic, energetic and adaptable wanting to join a fast-paced start up business, relishing the challenge and constant change in direction this will take us.
You will be confident in creating and managing systems and communicating at all levels internally and externally. You will already have gained some experience in a marketing role but are still learning and looking to take on more responsibility.
Our ideal applicant will have:
• A marketing degree
• Meticulous and systemic approach to administration
• Knowledge of the London venues and events industry
• Good client interaction skills
• Creative social media ideas and skills
• Good copy writing skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and the Microsoft suite
• Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop
