Bishopsgate Institute is looking for an Operations Manager on a permanent full time basis.
The Operations Manager will manage the successful and effective operations of the business, including the bars and event delivery, health & safety, technical and production, IT and business administration, and contribute to the management of the buildings and physical infrastructure.
The post will be required to work when the business need dictates, as confirmed with the Head of Business Delivery, which means balancing escalation and delivery support at events with office-based responsibilities. Much of our programme is delivered at weekends, especially Friday evenings and Sundays.
The full-time role requires 35 hours per week: days/hours will vary week on week, and you may be required to work any day or evening over the 7 day period.
Successful applicants will demonstrate a keen understanding of Bishopsgate Institute’s unique offer, and a passion for the work we do here.
We only accept direct applications, and we do not accept CVs. Please no agencies.
