Saatchi Gallery - Event Administrator

Working closely with the venues team, your key role will be manage the office phones, maximise event sales, effectively manage office duties and generally assist the events team.  The role will be office based and the ideal candidate will have great communication skills, strong phone manners and will help build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

o    Main person to answer incoming phone calls for the entire office 

o    Management of all enquiries both direct and non-direct which relate to the sales at the Saatchi Gallery 

o    Regular up-date and status reports on effectiveness of Sales initiatives

o    Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients

o    Administration including contracts, invoicing, databases, event diary management etc

o    Assisting and leading on Site visits

o    Budgeting for all prospective clients

o    Management of Client Activity Report

o    Networking

o    Assisting with Audi bookings and the management on site

o    Assisting with all marketing

o    Daily office management (stationary order, food order, overseeing office maintenance etc) and taking the post every day


What we're looking for

o    Experience within a similar company environment in a comparable focus

o    Strong knowledge of MS Office packages

o    Clear and confident communicator, both on the phone and via email

o    Proactive and flexible approach to workload

o    Enthusiastic, positive and motivated attitude
