We are looking for a Sales and Event Coordinator who will support the events team with the selling and organisation of events in the Lindley Hall. The successful candidate will have some experience of working in an events team in an administrative capacity and some knowledge of event planning.
It is important to have a cheerful disposition as you will need to provide a welcoming efficient service to telephone callers and visitors to our venue. You will need to provide information about our venue dimensions, prices, equipment, licenses and capacities, and coordinate diaries and calendars, check availability of spaces and plan events. You will also be required to assist with exhibitions promoting the venue.

A good knowledge of MS Office is essential, familiarity with event booking systems an advantage, attention to detail is vital!
