Sales and Marketing Manager, Commercial Events - The National Gallery

The National Gallery Company (NGC) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager.

The National Gallery launched venue hire as a new business stream in June 2015 and, supported by a strong rationale, we have ambitious plans to grow revenue over the next three years to in excess of £2m.

Working closely with the Head of Events and the Commercial Events Team, you will build and deliver a sales and marketing plan designed to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will have sales and marketing experience gained from unique venues or other relevant business development roles, with substantial experience of promoting commercial venue hire to high calibre clients in keeping with a defined brand. A skilled networker, you will also have experience of utilising social media to promote and increase awareness in order to build an excellent reputation as a location of choice in the venue hire market.

This is a rare opportunity to work with a leading art institution, a unique venue and a growing and ambitious business in the heart of London.
