Working alongside the Operations Team, you will be based in a busy central London office and at home, liaising with a broad mix of clients and venues. You will need to own all aspects of the Euphonica sales arm.

THE DETAIL

  • Location: Hybrid (approx 3 days in the Central London office)
  • Type of Role: Full Time – 37.5 hrs per week (with additional hours where required)
  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) 
  • Reporting to: Dan Savidge (Managing Director) 

The Senior Event Manager (Sales) will form a key part of Euphonica’s Leadership Team, working across a multitude of projects throughout the business, in addition;

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Euphonica’s reactive and proactive sales pipeline, with a focus on private and corporate events at the likes of Tate Modern, V&A, Somerset House, Natural History Museum etc. 
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that identifies ambitious and achievable targets while expanding Euphonica’s customer base and profile in the marketplace
  • Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing and converting enquiries, through to onsite event delivery
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with artists, clients and venues 
  • Ensure all information regarding an event is distributed effectively
  • Integrate and maintain sales arm of Euphonica CRM system 
  • Work closely with the Deputy Director and Finance Director on budget setting, sales targets and monthly reporting. 
  • Support social media channels and help deliver social media / marketing content
  • Develop Euphonica’s proposition / offering to position Euphonica as the market leader to Clients and across Unique Venues of London.   
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key client accounts
  • Present weekly sales reports and updates to wider team
  • Contribute as an active member of the senior leadership team

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Contributing where possible to the enhancement of internal systems // procedures, reviewing standards and collaborating on performance improvement. Assisting in compiling tender documents and pitches, where appropriate
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties in line with the post which may be required.

  • Background in similar business
  • Ability to pitch at senior level
  • Gravitas from experience gained in the industry
  • Provable sales figures from cold
  • Ability to generate own appointments and leads
  • A tenacious team player with the ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • A passion for events and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed client expectations to achieve the business goals.
