Senior Operations & Sales Coordinator - Euphonica

ABOUT EUPHONICA

A passionate team of event entertainment experts who create bespoke performances for individuals, organisations, brands and venues.

DAY-TO-DAY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with the MD & Sales Team, you will lead on all technical, operational and logistical aspects of Euphonica’s events, in addition to supporting the Sales Team in securing repeat and new business. You will have the opportunity to work across a multitude of projects throughout the business.

Your responsibilities will include, though not be limited to:

Operations:

  • Managing all technical, operational and logistical elements of Euphonica's event delivery.
  • Ensuring the successful execution of all Euphonica events to the highest operational standards, while always delivering within budget and agreed profit margins.
  • Managing the creation of itineraries, RAMs, Health & Safety information alongside any other necessary documentation pertaining to the operational aspects of our events.
  • Being a key point of contact on site at events for our artists, our clients, and our venues.
  • Maintaining and developing a pool of freelance engineers to assist with our event delivery.
  • Managing the warehouse stock inventory.

Sales:

  • Supporting the sales team win new business by contributing operational knowledge and expertise at pitching stage.
  • Taking an enquiry from quotation stage through to onsite delivery.
  • Developing a pool of repeat clients and managing their requirements.
  • Developing strong relationships with key contacts across accredited venues.
  •  Building relationships and providing exceptional levels of service with existing and potential corporate / private clients, venues and suppliers, leading to increased levels of repeat business.

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE

  • At least 3 years’ experience in operational delivery of events, ideally within unique venues where events are not the primary source of income.
  • A knowledge of all elements of event production, including but not limited to LX, PA and staging.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and network across the industry landscape
  • An excellent understanding of events in both planning & delivery.
  • Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.

THE DETAIL

  • Location: Hybrid (typically x3 days in the Central London office)
  • Type of Role: Full Time – 37.5 hrs per week (with additional hours where required)
  • Salary: £31,000 - £36,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Reporting to: Dan Savidge (Managing Director)
