We are looking for a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive who will maximize the commercial potential of the Lindley Hall through sales and contribute to the promotion of the venue thorough a marketing and PR strategy. You will also be required to assist with exhibitions promoting the venue.
It is important to have a cheerful disposition as you will need to provide a welcoming efficient service to telephone callers and visitors to our venue. You will have experience of selling a venue to a variety of corporate and private clients and negotiating on hire fees. You will need to provide information about our venue dimensions, prices, equipment, licenses and capacities, and coordinate diaries and calendars, check availability of spaces and provide event floor plans.

There are times when it is necessary to be flexible with your working hours. It is a varied role working with some high profile clients who expect 100% every time.
A good knowledge of MS Office is essential, familiarity with event booking systems an advantage, attention to detail is vital!
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
