The Royal Horticultural Society has been the force behind gardening for more than 200 years. We believe everyone in every village, town and city should benefit from growing plants to enhance lives, build stronger, healthier, happier communities and create better places to live. We want to enrich everyone’s life through plants and make Britain a greener and more beautiful place.

Best known for our world famous Flower Shows, Gardens and The Royal Horticultural Halls our charitable work is diverse and includes connecting millions of children with nature through the RHS Campaign for School Gardening, managing RHS Britain in Bloom (Europe’s largest community gardening campaign) and conducting pioneering horticultural science research.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to two exciting and high profile areas of our business, RHS Shows and the Royal Horticultural Halls. The role is varied but has a primary focus to oversee the sale and delivery of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show Charity Gala Preview, which is a flagship event for the RHS and the sales function of the Royal Horticultural Halls. The Halls is renowned for delivering some of the capitals most important and high profile events from the car launch of the Lotus Evija EV, to a Town Hall with Barack Obama. This position plays a vital role in managing our important and existing portfolio of accounts as well as seeking out new business opportunities.

Applicants will require an understanding of the events industry from both a corporate and private hire perspective and be able to deliver exceptional levels of customer services.

This is a truly exciting role where you will work closely with the Horticultural Halls and the Shows teams to identify and innovate with new ideas. You will hold responsibility for managing existing clients and identifying new opportunities.

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced professional. You will have strong commercial, creative and account management skills and enjoy working within a fast paced team. To be successful, you will need to have a proactive attitude and be a great communicator.
