We’re inviting caterers across all cuisines to apply to become accredited suppliers for our commercial events. The Supplier Accreditation Questionnaire will be open to new applicants from Monday 30 March until Monday 27 April.

Against the backdrop of Romanesque architecture, dinosaurs and sparkling gemstones, the Museum’s Venue Hire team delivers over 150 events a year, from weddings and award ceremonies to charity galas and seated dinners.

From informal and intimate to star-studded and spectacular, working with the very best suppliers in the industry is a vital part of delivering top-tier events in the Grade I Listed heritage building. In line with the Museum’s mission, sustainability is also a key focus when it comes to our suppliers.

Successful applicants will be formally appointed onto NHM Trading’s supplier list from 1 January 2027.
