Barts Heritage is seeking an exceptional Commercial Director to lead the operational and commercial development of the newly restored North Wing at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. This pivotal role oversees the smooth running of the building, integrating visitor services with a growing portfolio of events, venue hire, weddings, filming and partnership activity.

You will drive the commercial performance of Barts Heritage Trading Ltd, lead client and sales relationships, manage key partnerships (including caterers and NHS stakeholders), and shape our marketing and commercial strategy. With line management responsibility across events, sales, marketing, duty management and volunteers, you will ensure a high‑quality, financially sustainable offer in one of London’s most remarkable historic buildings.
