4. Description: Entertainment services. Miscellaneous decoration items. Decoration work. Furniture. Photographic and ancillary services. Photographic services. Event services. Miscellaneous furniture and equipment. Floral-display services. London Museum are preparing to open its new home at Smithfield and as such are using this opportunity to prepare and curate an accredited suppliers list for its Events team. The services and types of suppliers we are looking for has been split into the following lots.

Lot 1:Entertainment
Provision of entertainment and associated services to enhance events and create an engaging experience for guests. This may include, but is not limited to, live music, DJs, performers, interactive entertainment, acts and other suitable entertainment options.

Lot 2:Floristry
Provision of floral design and floristry services for events, including the supply, preparation, delivery, installation and removal of floral arrangements. This may include table arrangements, venue displays, bouquets, installations and other bespoke floral requirements.

Lot 3:Décor
Provision of event décor and styling services to create and enhance the visual environment of an event. This may include backdrops, props, centrepieces, signage, theming, installations and other decorative elements, including the design, delivery, installation and removal where required.

Lot 4:Furniture
Provision of event furniture and associated hire services. This may include seating, tables, bars, lounge furniture and other furniture or furnishings required to support the event design, layout and guest experience, including delivery, set-up and collection where required.

Lot 5:Photography/Videography
Provision of professional photography and/or videography services to capture events, key moments and experiences. Services may include event coverage, photography, filming, editing and provision of final digital assets in agreed formats.

Lot 6:Team Building Activities
Provision of engaging and suitable team building activities and experiences designed to encourage participation, collaboration, communication and team development. Activities may range from structured indoor experiences to bespoke activities tailored to the event, group size, objectives and venue.

Lot 7:Other
Provision of additional event-related goods, services or specialist capabilities not covered by the other lots. Suppliers may use this lot to propose relevant services or solutions that could support the planning, delivery or enhancement of events and that fall outside the defined categories above.
