Ampersand and Hirespace Create an English Country Garden in the Tower of London

On Tuesday 14th July, Ampersand hosted an event with 120 key event bookers who regularly work with Hirespace. Guests were given the opportunity to view the Crown Jewels before being invited into the New Armouries, which was themed as an old English Garden.

A colourful interactive strawberries-and-cream dessert table with champagne and compressed strawberries added to the illusion and helped to create a very warm welcome. In this charming setting, guests enjoyed a variety of canapés such as butternut squash gnocchi with parmesan velouté and walnut crumble, alongside smoked duck with soused enoki mushrooms and a plum purée.

Finally, we offered a range of our signature bowl food items such as maple glazed pork belly with smoked potato purée and baby toffee apple, while guests were treated to music and entertainment from the Wandering Hands.
