Distinguished wedding planners and future newlyweds were treated to the delicious catering of La Freshco, presenters of The Asian Wedding Showcase in conjunction with the Natural History Museum, Saturday 2nd February 2019.
Underneath the famous blue whale of Hintze Hall, the venue was transformed by La Freshco and selected wedding suppliers to include not one, but two stunning wedding cakes. The evening also featured breath-taking arrangements of flowers by Floco and a wealth of performers that visitors could book for their wedding.
Alongside delicious canapés, Natural History Museum suppliers Royal Wedding Services provided the event with spectacular table settings and tableware, perfect for the most prestigious of weddings.
Natural History Museum’s venue hire team were on hand to highlight the venue’s capabilities and flexibility to the guests, which included presenting open air summer packages and Luke Jerram’s The Museum of the Moon, opening in May. The exhibition will be displayed in the Jerwood Gallery, available for event hire during the summer months and will coincide with the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing.
Lucy Meehan, Business Development Manager for Natural History Museum’s venue hire team, commented:
“It was a pleasure to host the Asian Wedding Showcase. Hintze Hall looked beautiful thanks to La Freshco, Wise Productions, Floco, RWS London, Ritzy Music, Kudos Events and all other suppliers that exhibited at the event.
“This event really gave guests an idea of how spectacular weddings at the Museum can be, as they experienced first-hand what each supplier could bring to their wedding day. We look forward to helping planners and couples design and deliver unforgettable events for their special day.”
