A feast of seasonal, farm to table food was provided by Jimmy Garcia, beginning with canapés like smoked cod roe on seaweed waffles and beef tartare croustades. The amuse bouche featured line caught Cornish bluefin tuna tartare with soy, ginger and Exmoor caviar and the starter was West Sussex pumpkin pie with miso emulsion and toasted seeds. The main course was wild venison loin with celeriac purée and brioche toastie. Dessert combined pear and London honey from sustainable beekeepers. Every dish told a story, connecting the land, the people, and the plate.

Pinstripes and Peonies provided creative floral designs and installations throughout. Delicately formed fabric waves floated serenely above the dining tables, encouraging guests to look up and enjoy the full space around them. Downstairs, elegant frames with chandelier hearts were adorned with flowers growing gently through them.

HRP Event Productions enhanced the stunning architecture of the building with lighting to compliment the spaces and detailed projection mapping which came to life during the performances.

Young Guns brought the entertainment to the party, including a champagne hostess, Baroque courtiers and fanfare trumpeters during the reception. LED ballerinas danced gracefully between guests as they took their seats, and Escala gave an electrifying performance between courses. DJ Scarlett kept the party going and the dance floor alive with an incredible set in the Undercroft.
Sustainability was at the heart of the evening, earning the event a gold rating for holistic impact thanks to the team at From Now.
