At the heart of the Garden Museum is the Garden Restaurant. A perfect setting for an evening standing reception or seated dinner; guests can also have access to the Orangery and Sackler garden designed by Dan Pearson. The garden has a plethora of plants with an autumnal influence that features the cannas, gingers, violas and tinantias. The garden is also a spectacular way to witness the change of season revitalized by the recent rain and intermittent sunshine. The space also has appropriate cover if does rain, however the large sliding glass doors presents the illusion that you are seated or standing in an outdoor garden. The Garden Restaurant at the Garden Museum is now open for Autumn hires. The space is large enough to accommodate 30 guests practicing social distancing.
The award winning restaurant offers a selection of seasonal food and drink with a menu that changes every week. For events, the chefs can offer a selection of canapes, bowl food and a three course meal. An added bonus is the ability to visit the popular Derek Jarman exhibition at a discounted rate of 20% off regular price if the room is booked from September to December 2020.
Price for hire is £1,000+ VAT for 4 hours (minimum hours). We are open and taking bookings now. For more information, please contact events@gardenmuseum.org.uk or call 020 3823 2022.
