Beautiful Rooms - Pelham’s at Lord’s Cricket Ground

Monday, March 15, 2021 - 11:00

The world of events is ever changing and as we see an increased focus on the importance of sustainability, Pelham’s at Lord’s Cricket Ground is a venue which ticks many sustainable boxes.

Many steps have been taken to improve the environmental impact at the Home of Cricket, and Lord’s runs on 100% renewable energy. Pelham’s sits in the recently redeveloped Warner stand which opened in 2017, and operates at a highly sustainable level. The stand is installed with ground sourced heat pumps which cool and heat the stand, rainwater is used to flush the toilets, and a living green wall increases the Ground’s biodiversity with thousands of plants, and roosting boxes, housing birds and bats.

Being able to enjoy the facilities in Pelham’s at your next conference or dinner whilst overlooking the Ground, Pelham’s sustainability adds a great talking point and is an example of innovative sustainable development, which adds a new characteristic to the world-famous Ground.
