Blue Strawberry recently delivered three days of hospitality for the Global Champions Arabians Tour (GCAT), which returned to the Royal Hospital Chelsea from 14–16 August 2026.

The international event brought together Arabian horses, breeders, owners and enthusiasts within the historic South Grounds, alongside an event village featuring hospitality, partner activations and Arabian heritage programming.

Across all three days, the Blue Strawberry team catered for up to 550 guests each day, delivering an all-day dining experience through a wide range of individually styled food stations. The menus were designed to offer plenty of variety while allowing guests to enjoy the event at their own pace.

Stations included a Smithfield carvery serving slow-roasted leg of lamb, rotisserie chicken and summer vegetable Wellington, alongside freshly prepared sushi and a display of Isle of Wight heritage tomatoes with London-made burrata. A British cheese and charcuterie station celebrated carefully sourced produce, while a zero-waste plant-based menu made use of ingredients including carrot skins, beetroot stems and brassica leaves.

Sweet options reflected the summer setting, with seasonal fruit displays, handcrafted fruit-inspired desserts and an ice cream cart offering four flavours each day. Canapés and substantial dishes, including mini beef sliders and fish and chips, were also served throughout the afternoon.

The three-day event combined international competition with generous, relaxed hospitality in one of London’s most historic settings, bringing together food, sport and culture at the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
