A high profile after-party for the Marian Goodman Gallery, the brief for this event was to create a menu which encompassed British comfort food with a Japanese twist.

Guests were greeted with Shochikubai Shirakabegura sparkling sake and canapés such as Umami bomb: aubergine, radish, electric button, and Tar tar crisps, pulled beef, foie gras, katsu sauce. Service continued with bowl food including Sancho-peppered beef, baby potatoes, snow pea shoots, Chawan mushi, morel mushroom fricassee, and Grilled teriyaki salmon salad.

“The party was DIVINE. People loved the setting, the tent, thought the food was out of control delicious,” said Courtney Plummer from the Marian Goodman Gallery, “People loved the sakes as well. It was 100% what we wanted and I am so grateful that I had you on our side! When can we work together again? I miss you already!”

Bubble provided full event management and transformed Somerset House’s Fountain Courtyard with production including marquee, lighting and furniture.
