Bubble Food is delighted to announce the appointment of Zoe Ward as Head of Sales and Marketing – an exciting addition to the team and a well-known figure across the UVL community. 

With more than 20 years’ experience across award-winning in-house and external catering businesses, alongside senior commercial roles at some of the capital’s most distinctive venues, Zoe brings extensive expertise in business development, partnerships and brand visibility. Her career has spanned museums, visitor attractions and major sporting venues, giving her a rich understanding of venue operations and the sales and marketing strategies that drive enquiries, increase bookings and enhance visibility.

Zoe’s background in the luxury catering and events sector has given her a clear understanding of client expectations, from exceptional food and service to seamless event delivery. She is recognised for building trusted relationships across venues, catering teams and clients, combining commercial insight with a collaborative approach that supports growth and lasting partnerships.

In her new role, Zoe will lead Bubble Food’s sales and marketing function with a focus on raising visibility, deepening partnerships and supporting sustainable growth, while championing the creativity, client service and operational excellence for which the business is known.

Her passions for travel and dining, together with her years of industry experience, adds dimension to her work, enriching client consultations and guest experience with thoughtful perspective.
