Founded in 1999 by Michael Collins, Bubble Food set out to redefine luxury dining experiences. From the outset, their mission has been clear: to create Sustainable Luxury Events that not only dazzle but also conscientiously respect our planet.
Bubble Food's journey began with an unforgettable booking for The Lion King Musical premiere, attended by Prince Charles. This event set the stage for their rise to becoming one of London's premier creative luxury event caterer. Over the years, they have catered at high-profile events, including royal gatherings at Andrew Lloyd Webber's Estate and star-studded premieres for icons like Tom Cruise.

Jens Nisson leads Bubble Food’s kitchen and mixology/sommelier team, overseeing the design and delivery of all food and beverage. With over 28 years of experience in the London events industry, Jens has worked at some of the most prestigious venues and celebrated restaurants worldwide. Trained in London under Michelin-starred chefs Marco Pierre White, Phillip Howard, and John Christophe Novelli, Jens approaches cooking with intelligence and a commitment to sourcing the finest natural ingredients. His passion for innovation and traditional methods ensures Bubble Food’s menus consistently break boundaries in the events industry.
To kick off a year-long celebration, they celebrated a trip to the South of France with the entire team for a team-building retreat and a grand thank-you party. This event is not just a celebration but a reflection of their values, honouring the people who've made Bubble Food what it is today.
