After a major award-winning restoration project between 1976–2004, the beauty of Christ Church can once again be celebrated and enjoyed by all, complete with the magnificent Tuscan porch, intricate decorative plasterwork and the restored 1735 Richard Bridge organ. This instrument, once the loudest in England, remains of European importance and can be heard at regular organ recitals.
