Manifest your goals, with yoga, journaling and sound
Set your intentions for September with a yoga, journaling, and sound session from practitioners Phoebe and Lydia from Fire + Alchemy. The session begins with a gentle yoga flow to get the body moving, followed by short journal prompts guided by Phoebe and Lydia. End the session with a rejuvenating sound bath to seal in all the intentions made.

SHORTIES
SHORTIES is back at RSA House after three successful events earlier in the year. We’ll be screening films made by women, of all different genres and themes, and with a multitude of powerful messages. The SHORTIES events are not just an opportunity to meet and hear from the women who made the films but they also provide a platform that empowers and celebrates the talents of female short filmmakers. Come and find your film-making tribe!

Poetry Open Mic Night
Celebrate the world of spoken word. We’re calling on secret writers and hidden wordsmiths to come together. The event is hosted by Mr Gee, a veteran of the London poetry scene, who will be sharing his recent work and encouraging those to share their own through an open mic. Each slot is 5-10 minutes long, get down early to grab yours.

Cheese Tasting with Paxton & Whitfield
Join Britain’s oldest cheese maker, Paxton & Whitfield for a tasting evening in RSA’s Coffee House. You’ll taste a selection of artisan English cheeses, plus have the chance to learn more about Paxton & Whitfield’s heritage, history, and the cheeses you're tasting. Hosted by a knowledgeable cheesemonger and paired with wine.

Drink and Draw with Ben Oakley Gallery
Immerse yourself in a two-hour session of life drawing within the walls of RSA House. Professional tutors and models from Ben Oakley Gallery will offer plenty of tips and guidance throughout the drawing experience. All materials are provided, and no experience is necessary.
