Event Concept

Wednesday, February 7, 2018 - 16:00

Global technology and engineering company Smiths Group were gathering investors and external stakeholders at the Science Museum for a full-day conference. They turned to Event Concept to produce a technically flawless conference which was both innovative and stylish and to create an engaging exhibition which was zoned by the group’s five divisions.

Over the course of a day the blank canvas Level 1 at the Science Museum was transformed . As part of the transformation and as a focal point of the conference a double stacked blended projection screen was designed. This allowed for the display of multiple content, creating a truly engaging experience for delegates. Immersive exhibition stands with touch screens were designed as well as food stations and registration desks.

Smiths Group’s Rebecca Cockram commented, ‘A huge thanks to Event Concept for such an amazing set and show. Both the product display areas and the main stage set looked fantastic, and I have had extremely positive feedback on how the event looked and how slickly it ran.’
