Event Concept has achieved B Corporation™ certification, joining a global community of businesses committed to high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

The creative event agency and production company was certified following an independent assessment of its operations, confirming it meets B Lab’s standards across governance, workers, community, customers and the environment. To achieve certification, companies must score a minimum of 80 points across these five impact areas. Event Concept exceeded this threshold to secure accreditation.

There are now more than 10,000 B Corp™ certified businesses worldwide, including over 2,600 in the UK, the scheme’s largest market. The assessment examines how organisations operate day to day, including employee policies, supply chains, environmental impact and governance structures, as well as how business decisions affect wider stakeholders.

As part of its wider sustainability strategy, Event Concept works in partnership with venues to reduce the collective impact of events. This includes collaborating to gather and share data, introducing practical policies such as the removal of single-use plastics, and exploring improvements across materials, waste and operational planning. By working closely with venue partners, the agency aims to drive long-term, meaningful change across the events ecosystem.
