The Fizz catering team celebrated their food suppliers in true Farmers Market style at the Science Museum’s UVL showcase.
We are delighted to announce that the winner was Two Temple Place Events Manager Rachel Bellon.
London venues visiting the Fizz stand sampled delicious smoked venison, salmon and duck along with bitesize quiches filled with Winterdale Cheddar, one of Britain’s first Carbon Neutral cheese producers.
