RSA House

The Royal Society of Arts is one of London’s most distinctive filming locations, offering a rare blend of Georgian grandeur and contemporary elegance in the heart of the West End. Designed by the Adam brothers and home to the RSA since 1774, the Grade II-listed townhouse features a collection of versatile spaces that can double as both historic and modern settings. 

From the dramatic Great Room, illuminated by a domed glass ceiling and surrounded by James Barry’s celebrated murals, to the atmospheric 18th-century Vaults with exposed brickwork, the venue provides an exceptional range of backdrops for film, television, photography and commercial productions. 

Perhaps most famously, the building features one of the only doors in London similar in date and style to the iconic 10 Downing Street entrance, making it a popular choice for political dramas and documentaries. Trinity House

Trinity House on Tower Hill has featured in numerous film and TV productions over the decades offering as it does a myriad options for sophisticated period settings. The Georgian exterior, cobbled paving and distinctive iron railings have starred in ‘Johnny English Reborn’, ‘Skyfall’, ‘The Invisible Woman’, ‘Muppets Most Wanted’ and most recently, Netflix’ ‘Man vs Baby’. 

The maritime venue’s high ceilings and elegant proportions have also been the setting for scenes in ‘The Professionals’, ‘Lara Croft: Tomb Raider’ and ‘The Crown’, with the spacious industrial kitchen featuring in the 2018 edition of ‘MasterChef: The Professionals’.
