Pinstripes & Peonies finished December with a series of fantastic back-to-back events at Guildhall, providing over 75 arrangements from huge centre pieces for a gorgeous central bar right through to intricate buttonholes in our Client’s corporate colours.
One of the December highlights for the florist was without a doubt providing the Christmas Trees for two Unique Venues of London members: The National Gallery and The Royal Hospital Chelsea.
With the last pine needles and bits of glitter shaken out of Christmas Jumpers, Pinstripe & Peonies are already delivering stunning spring flowers across London and the Weddings team is elbow deep in peonies from Peru & sweet-peas from Japan making out-of-season samples for some of this summer’s weddings.
It’s been a great year for one of the florist's favourite charities too, Floral Angels, who will be appearing on BBC3 documentary on their work. Keep an eye on Twitter for a showing date and if you tune in you may catch Pinstripes & Peonies' Ruari and Cathryn at Banqueting House installing an event that was later donated to Floral Angels.
January would normally be the time to pack away the baubles and wander New Covent Garden Flower Market taking in the gorgeous new spring flowers that are coming into season with beautiful ranunculus, tulips and anemones bringing hope in the cold of January for warmer times to come. But this year Pinstripes & Peonies have all this to look forward to and more, with one of the busiest January’s to date!
