Lavender Green Flowers

Monday, February 6, 2017 - 17:00

Lavender Green Flowers are pleased to introduce two shiny new members to their events team – Izzy Player and Georgia Hylton!
Izzy joins LGF from a catering & events background. Having previously worked for one of London’s top catering companies, she has experienced first-hand what it takes to plan and manage a successful event. Despite her foodie background, Izzy has always had a passion for all things floral, and is known amongst her friends for her ‘green fingers’ and knowledge of flowers. When Izzy isn’t busy designing floral works of art, she can often be found cooking up culinary delights in the kitchen or Lycra clad cycling around the Surrey Hills.
Georgia started working with Lavender Green Flowers after having five years’ experience in high-end retail where she excelled in customer service. Georgia is now excited to transfer her vast knowledge and skills to the events industry and get creative with florals. In her free time she enjoys baking mostly chocolatey things, wild nights out and discovering new pop up restaurants in London with her friends.
Alice Groom, head of the LGF events team – “We are all very excited about our new team members and what they can bring to our already buzzing company. With the growing team, there are varied perspective on florals with the end products being extremely diverse and mesmerising.”
A great week for the girls to start working on with numerous thrilling events at places such as the Tower of London and the Serpentine Gallery. Watch out for LGF’s next newsletter for in depth reports and photos from this florist’s exciting journey around London!
